Andrew has over 25 years of school experience in state, independent, primary and secondary education having served as a teacher, school leader and governor.

AWE delivers consultancy services to families considering the UK as the next destination for their child(ren)’s education. AWE is a registered agent with a carefully selected group of HMC boarding schools in London and the East of England, two leading state boarding schools in the UK, and two outstanding sports schools in Wales.
These schools provide a range of options for potential parents and pupils – selective/non-selective, IB / A levels / BTECs, rural / city based, arts / STEM / sport, traditional / contemporary etc.
Two of the schools have recently been voted in the Top 20 Global Rugby Schools, whilst three have outstanding football academies including partnerships with professional clubs.
Andrew makes regular visits to Kenya, India, Hong Kong and Bermuda working with families, prep schools, and sports clubs.

Home Schooling
Andrew supports families who have chosen home schooling for their children, especially those who need flexibility to train and perform at the elite level in their chosen sport. Home schooling provision is subject to local authority scrutiny and monitoring, and so Andrew quality assures and coordinates provision, including sourcing and connecting families with experienced quality tutors.
