Andrew is an education consultant, with over 25 years of school experience in both state and independent, primary and secondary education. He spent 24 years working in two boarding schools.

Originally a PE and RE teacher, Andrew worked as both a Head of Department and Head of Year including Sixth Form before becoming a senior leader.

Andrew was a Deputy Head for seven years, involved in whole school leadership through successful ISI and HMC accreditation inspections, the Covid-19 pandemic, a full strategy review of the school and the creation of a new school SEF ahead of future inspection. As a Deputy Head, he led in the areas of curriculum, external partnerships, sport, co-curricular education, and boarding.

Andrew has two sons, aged 19 and 14. His youngest son is a pupil at Wymondham College, the largest co-educational state boarding and day school in the UK. Andrew’s partner is a primary teacher and SENDCO.
